Hiya Mart is a curated, multi-brand online store serving customers in the United States and Canada. Our story began with a simple idea: make it easier to discover useful gifts, home accents, accessories, personalized favorites, and everyday finds in one welcoming place.

What Hiya Mart does

We do not manufacture every product ourselves. We select and present products supplied by brands, Shopify Collective partners, print-on-demand providers, and other fulfillment partners. Our role is to make discovery easier, share clear product information, provide a secure checkout, and remain available when you need help with an order.

Some personalized and print-on-demand items are created only after an order is placed. When that applies, the product page explains the available options and relevant fulfillment details.

How orders are fulfilled

Our catalog combines products fulfilled from our U.S. location with items shipped directly by supply and fulfillment partners. Because products can have different origins and processing times, one order may arrive in separate packages. The available shipping charge and delivery estimate are shown before checkout whenever provided for the destination.

One store, one point of support

Every purchase on hiyamart.com is placed directly with Hiya Mart. We manage the checkout experience and remain your point of contact for order questions, tracking assistance, eligible returns, and product issues—even when a fulfillment partner ships the package.

Shopping in the United States and Canada

Prices, shipping options, charges, and available delivery estimates are displayed according to the selected market and destination. Free standard shipping applies only to eligible U.S. orders of $70 or more; Canada shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Clear policies

Our shipping policy, return and refund policy, privacy information, contact details, and terms are linked throughout the store. They explain processing and transit estimates, eligible returns, personalized-item exceptions, costs, and how refunds are issued.
