Shipping policy

Hiya Mart currently accepts orders for delivery addresses in the United States only. Shipping methods, charges and estimated transit times are shown at checkout for the customer’s address and the products in the cart.
Processing and production
Graphic tees are made to order. Production usually takes 1–5 business days. Standard U.S. delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after production, for an estimated total of 4–10 business days from order placement. Express transit, when offered, does not shorten production time. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays.
United States shipping
Standard shipping charges are based on the eligible order subtotal shown at checkout:
- Orders $0.00–$40.00: $5.90 USD
- Orders $40.01–$79.00: $4.90 USD
- Orders $79.01 and above: Free standard shipping
Standard shipping is estimated at 3–5 business days in transit after processing. Express shipping is estimated at 1–2 business days in transit after processing and costs $15 USD when available.
These options apply only when they are offered at checkout for the selected product and address. Carrier estimates are not delivery guarantees.
Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available, we email it after the package ships. Weather, carrier volume, address issues or other events outside Hiya Mart’s control can cause delays after shipment.
Address changes, lost or damaged packages
Please verify your shipping address before paying. Contact support@hiyamart.com promptly if a change is needed; we cannot guarantee changes after processing or fulfillment begins. If tracking shows a problem, or an item arrives damaged, contact us with the order number and photos when applicable so we can investigate.
International orders
Hiya Mart currently accepts delivery addresses in the United States only. We will update this policy before any additional market is opened.
